- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My two sons were patients of Dr. Knights for 18 months. I was not pleased with the lack of professionalism of the front end staff. One of the young ladies expressed how upset she was for having to verify patient's insurance and she was not going to do it even though she was given a directive to do it. I felt Dr. Knight's assistant had no personality. I think she may have been shy but there was no warm greeting EVER. Then, when Dr. Knight would finally come in the room (which sometimes was up to 30 minutes) she ran through these list of questions like a bandit; barely waiting for me to answer before she asked the next question. Plus, in 18 months of visiting her office she still had no clue who me or my children were. I had to move on to the type of office that I was accustomed to visiting.June 28, 2017by A Google User
