  I wash my moms clothes, and they reek in stench. When I could every two days to wash my moms clothes (as her clothes come up missing like new bras and other clothes. They take her no-wire hangers, and they come up missing. She hates the food so I brought her 2 Endure shakes every 2 days. She did not have a stand by her bed and the man was not very polite in saying that they would have to order one. I bought her one myself, and that came up missing. The head nursing lady gave her a stand, but it did not have her name on it, and they never found hers. They make mom sometime sit in her wheelchair until next time to eat. I feel if she wants to go to bed and hour two or three, she should go to bed. My brother is a preacher, and his wife said he came home in tears, as mom was covered in :"poop" She won't eat their food. I wash her clothes as they come up missing when they wash them, but even yet, some clothes come up missing when I wash them and take them back, and come back and find missing clothes. You ring the bell and they don't come when I am there so it tells me they never come. I want my mom out, and I don't want them to injure or kill my mom before I do it. I took my mom out because she had a rash all over her body. Not only did she but other patients and staff. Before I took her out, I ordered her to be taken to the hospital. She went to DePaul. She was not diagnosed a condition, but I left Crystal Creek and went to another home for my mom. Since then, she was diagnosed with Scabies which she got from Crystal Creek. They have been reported. My mom had to have the right treatment, and to this date is finally cured. That is a lot of time of pain and itching before a cure. Medicare people is not a timely place for your loved ones who suffer with something. It takes time to diagnose and cure. God bless our children, our loved ones and our mothers and fathers who end up in a nursing home. I am crushed. I don't know what my complaints to Crystal Creek did, but I know my mom is in a better place. A place where she will get help and not left alone and get Scabies from Crystal Creek. Shame on you!
